Energy is within and around us. We cannot forget that we choose what we allow into our lives. If we do not want a type of energy in our field, we have the power to block it. Sometimes we get caught up in our own feelings and associations with these energies that we've begun to lose our own foundation. We adapt to our surroundings and its natural but is it really who we are and what we want to be? Our situation cannot change until we've taken the time to relax and take a breather. Listen to ourselves and feel the fuzzy vibes. What do we truly want and how will we welcome that into our reality?
