The wounds inside of us often times are self-inflicted. We are our worst critics and there's no one to blame but ourselves. The moment we realize we've made these artificial thoughts, feelings, and limitations upon ourselves - we experience relief. We start to gain freedom from the negativity that was brought upon our own fears, judgements, and assumptions. It's never too late to become aware of our shortcomings and the invisible barriers we put up around us to feel like we "can't". We can. We will and if something doesn't go according to plan, admit the shortcomings and make a plan. Improve daily. Never stop growing. We are only hurting ourselves when we blame others for our shortcomings when we know we didn't give 110% in the first place.
