Proving it

Proving ourselves and our potential to others may seem like a never ending adventure. We may think we need to constantly prove our worth and our abilities to those around us to feel like we belong somewhere. What we don't see beneath all the charisma and confidence is fear, ego, and need for connection. We can't force others to see our potential but we can consistently show that we are consistent, accountable, and willing to do what it takes to meet the standards set. We don't need to prove anything to anyone. We just need to understand that we are all human and share a desire to be around others who show up similarly.
