There may be people in our lives that pose as someone who “cares” about us but really they just want to control us. They use our vulnerabilities to their advantage, they tear us down just to be the one to bring us back up, and tell us they’re “just looking out for us”. Unconsciously we may be picking up on subtle signs but consciously we see the best in these people. We may not know how to deal with these people when we become aware. They are so entwined in our life. When we approach these people, they may use gaslighting to make us feel like we’re crazy for even bringing it up. Don’t let master manipulators run the life we live. They may try to make us feel insecure about our choices but they’re the ones in the end whom are the most insecure in this world.
