"Letting things go" (Original)
"Letting things go" (Original)
Story:
Practicing the art of letting things go physically, mentally, and emotionally will prepare us for the moment that we have no choice to. When we're moving and need to downsize. When we're saying goodbye to a friend that suddenly passed away. When we're let go from our job and have to find a new job. We feel anger, pain, sadness, hopelessness, and sometimes it brings us joy knowing we got out of something that wasn't meant for us. The way we look at letting things go affect our well being. We have to get used to feeling uncomfortable in order for us to feel comfortable in the future. Our experiences will mold us into a force stronger than we've ever imagined.
