Story:

Racing thoughts and pounding heart beats flow through the body as we feel a variety of feelings all at once. Fear of the unknown and rejection are rooted in our deep insecurities. We can make up for them by overcompensating - sacrificing ourself for another. But after time, our mental fitness starts to break down. We crumble at the little things and we further abandon ourselves in search of validation. When all we really wanted was to feel like we are on the same page.
