Feelings are like freeways. We know we need to use them to get to where we need to be but with GPS and good ol' common sense we can get there faster. Our feelings are meant to be explored and after some time, we realize what we need to do the next time to not have "x" happen or what we need to do to achieve "y". Our feelings become our GPS when we know where we want to go, how we want to feel, and what kind of person we want to be with. So next time, you meet someone that doesn't make you feel the way you want to feel - take a different route and explore another highway. There's a big world out there worth exploring and finding the people that will make you feel good.
