When we get overwhelmed by stimulus from everyday life, we sometimes have the tendency to shut down. We not only shut down but we shut out any and everything that comes our way. We overthink. We can't do it. We take extra caution with everything. We literally "sweat" the small things. We can be in bed for days. Some days are good and some days are bad. Not all anxiety is the same. But, if you know someone with anxiety you know your support always helps. 🙏
