There are always two ways to build our relationships: superficially or genuinely. We choose who to let inside and who we won't even consider over time. With each person, it's different. We all have fears, preferences, needs, wants, and a vision of who we plan to surround ourselves with. Over time, we may change who we let in and what type of role they play in our lives. Each stage of our lives is different. Some may never have genuine relationships and some may only have genuine relationships. The difference between having a big circle of friends and a small one is what lies within our priorities. We can't be afraid to dig into ourselves and find what will make us thrive in the future. We are all paving our own paths. 🙏
